About Us

Learn more about Amical Veterinary Centre in March

Amical Veterinary Centre was established in 1989, by Elaine Stuttard, BVMS, MRCVS, with the aim of providing a high standard of patient and client care in modern, well equipped premises.

Dr Nick Valley DVM MSc MRCVS, took over the practice in 2001. Amical Veterinary Centre is an approved veterinary nurse training centre and in 2005 it was awarded a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Tier 2 Accredited Practice Standards Award.

We have a team of 2 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses.

We aim to provide the highest level of medical and surgical care in a professional and friendly environment.

 

Our purpose built, modern practice has excellent facilities and a range of modern diagnostic equipment, which includes:

 

  • in-house laboratory
  • digital x-ray
  • doppler ultrasound
  • ECG
  • blood pressure monitoring

Car Parking Facilities

Amical has a private car park for up to 12 vehicles, which is situated at the rear of the practice.

 

The car park can be accessed by the private road on the left-hand side of the practice.
